Drawing Studio ~ The Basics - Part 2

There's no time like the present to start or refresh your drawing skills. In this 4-week course, we will review the part 1 basics of expressive line quality, value and shading, and a short-cut to tackling perspective. In this Part 2 series, we will build on this foundation and experiment with composition, mixed media and creating a finished drawing. Minimum Required Materials: For the first class: one pad of sketch paper (no smaller than 9x12, a kneaded eraser, 6B and 4B drawing pencils, and a Sharpie pen (or equivalent brand), fine or ultra fine. Please refer to the Materials list for additional materials and details. Look around your home for objects to draw.
