Studio Open House

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Sharon Art Studio Open House in Golden Gate Park.

​

More than 350 community members visited the studio to explore our historic space, meet teaching artists, watch live demonstrations, and learn more about upcoming classes and workshops through San Francisco Recreation & Parks.

​

Throughout the afternoon, visitors experienced demonstrations in jewelry & metal arts, watercolor, ceramics, and stained glass while connecting with artists, students, neighbors, and families from across San Francisco. Artwork created by our teaching artists was also on display, with select works available for purchase in support of local artists and arts education.

We are especially grateful to our teaching artists, volunteers, staff, and community partners who helped make the event such a welcoming and creative experience.

​

A special thank you to California Kahve for partnering with us and offering attendees a discount to enjoy one of our favorite neighborhood coffee spots just steps from the studio.

​

Events like this reflect what makes Sharon Art Studio so meaningful: accessible arts programming, creative exploration, and opportunities for people of all backgrounds and experience levels to connect through the arts.
