The arts celebrate our differences, yet offer people of all ages and

backgrounds a way to share experiences and insights. Through the arts we explore the meaning of our lives as individuals and as members of our communities. By offering everyone access to art education and

appreciation, we build our sense of community.

Make Art a Part of Your Life

After moving back to the Bay Area from Los Angeles, Elizabeth was looking for an art space to continue her passion of creating stained glass. At Sharon Art Studio in Golden Gate Park, she found a supportive space filled with diverse and likeminded artists.

“The building is beautiful and just being in the energy of the space will pique any artist’s curiosity,” Elizabeth said. “While working on my glass on Thursday nights you can hear the pounding of jewelry makers upstairs, or peek into the ceramics studio downstairs and see all the wonderful things being created.”

Summer Camp for Youth

We have designed camps to make sure art is included in summer plans for youth ages 11-17. Students will enjoy half-day camps that meet Monday through Thursday for 3-weeks. Mix and match for a full day of activities. The first session meets in June, and the second session is in July. Registration is opens.
