GLOWING
WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS
instructor:
Vesta Kirby
level: beginning & experienced watercolorists
By popular

of light - the shadows. Light and shadow
create form. How does one paint the color,

shading of an object? We learn to create
the mood of a painting with sparkling highlights
and rich darks. Working with a variety
of still life objects we will strengthen
skills for seeing and painting shadows.
Landscapes will be included later in the
session. Watercolor techniques will be
demonstrated as we explore this illusive
appearance in painting. Material list provided
